Service was great! They dropped everything they were doing to help me with my order. There was a good amount of people there and they took time to take of me. I wasn't rushed at all and my family of 5 was served very quickly.

Those mf's forgot my pizza burger, it was a 15 minute drive back to the restaurant, when we walked in the tiny blond chick behind the counter gave puppy eyes and said " ohhhh did i forget your pizza burger". She knew what she did, and didn't even apologize. However, they did give us 2 free pizza burger coupons, which we took to a different location and got better service.

My opinion is Tom's food is the best fast food around. Cheese curds and fries are fantastic. My only problem is they used to have reasonable prices. Seems like since the place got way more well known and bigger the owners have gotten greedy to a point I eat there not very often because of prices! Cheese curds are 6 or 7 dollars. That's unreasonably too much for what you get for size.

Staff are quite friendly. Only knock is this particular location is pretty loud inside with how loud the speaker from the drive thru window is and the volume of the music inside. But if that's their only issue then that's pretty good.
